Harriet Bohanan

MHR, LPC, CEO/Clinical Director         



Harriet began her career with DDS in 2009. Prior to that she was a minister with two local churches, Director of a International School for students studying English as their second language and Director for an Indian Education program with OKC Public Schools. She received her Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2009. Harriet has worked for Psychologists and Family Training programs providing direct behavioral health services to individuals in the DDS system as well as support and training to staff and teams working with those individuals. Harriet also studied advanced courses in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology. In addition to DDS, Harriet has a private practice providing individual counseling as well as providing classes for male and female perpetrators who are court ordered into a Domestic Abuse program. She founded Spectrum Behavioral Health Group Tulsa in 2016. Harriet has three grown children and three fur children (who think they are human) and when not working, busies her self watching baseball and cheering for her NY Yankees.

Andrew Plummer

 BA, Family Trainer


Andrew began his career as a direct care staff working with DDS clients in 2001. He later joined DHS as a DDS Case Manager in 2003 and became an advocate with OCA in 2008. Sensing that he wanted to work closer with clients in the field, he began advanced studies in Applied Behavioral Analysis with the Florida Institute of Technology in 2013. After completing this program, Andrew passed his exam for the BCaBA, in December of 2016.  When Spectrum Behavioral Health Group Tulsa was formed in 2016, Andrew joined our agency. He works in the field with a variety of DDS clients covering Tahlequah, Tulsa, Checotah and Muskogee in Area II. Andrew enjoys working with clients on the autism spectrum and their staff to help identify innovative ways to help meet their needs and limit behavior disruptions. He also teaches a number of continuum classes to various audiences on the impact of trauma, turning environments into therapeutic places, and sensory issues as they relate to behavior and self-care of direct care staff. On his days off, He loves to spend time with his dogs and read literature.

Jeff Fenstermaker

BA, Family Trainer


Jeff received his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Chemical Dependency in 1993 from the University of Central Oklahoma. Soon after, he began his career as a drug counselor for adolescent youth in the Oklahoma City area. In 1995 he began working with clients with intellectual disabilities and joined DHS as a DDS case manager in 2000. After 15 years working in the DHS system, in an effort to broaden his impact, he joined the Renaissance Management group to get hands-on experience in the field. In 2016, Jeff joined Spectrum Behavioral Health Group Tulsa. He works with a variety of DDS clients covering Bartlesville, Claremore, Ponca City, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, and Tulsa in Areas I and II. Jeff is an asset to the Spectrum team and enjoys working with clients, the staff, and their teams to help identify ways to help meet their needs and limit challenging behaviors. When he isn't working for his clients, he is a proud father to three boys and enjoys watching all the Kansas Jayhawks games he can.
