individuals living in Area II (east of I-35 and north of I-40) in the northeast quadrant of
Oklahoma. Spectrum BHG Tulsa works with referrals from DHS Case Managers, families,

billing their services.

with the client and their Psychiatrist, the team, the agency or family – depending on the need

The Spectrum BHG Tulsa program is designed to remain flexible to client and team needs while
provide the best research-based and data-driven services possible. Currently we work with over
twenty-five residential and vocational agencies, serving over 140 clients in the DDS program.

Coweta, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Pawhuska, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Tulsa, Wagoner and Vinita.
Spectrum BHG Tulsa serves clients who reside at home in individual placements, foster care,
DLS community homes, traditional and alternative group homes. We serve clients of all ages
and backgrounds.

All of our clients have an identified intellectual disability, but many also have a secondary
mental health diagnosis as well as a history of childhood trauma. Typically, there is a
challenging behavior pattern that encourages their family member or team to reach out for
behavior support services.
